  • My friend is 74 and has had operations on both ankles, following falls, so may find it difficult to stand whilst waiting for and watching the procession. I could possibly borrow a collapsible wheelchair and try to use the reserved area outside NatWest Bank. However, she may want to stand up as the procession passes, which would block the view of permanent wheelchair users. Also she may not like the idea of being in one. Instead, would she be allowed to bring a folding chair and place it elsewhere on the pavement, whilst waiting to get a view? Thank you
